References to “Automoto”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to PTUNING LTD.
Automoto provides remote, digital automotive software services exclusively to professional automotive workshops and technicians.
Services include (but are not limited to):
ECU software repair and restoration
Software-based fault correction
Remote technical assistance (software-related mechanical & electrical issues)
File analysis and optimisation
Dyno-based performance estimation and comparison
Credit-based digital service execution
No physical mechanical or electrical work is performed by Automoto.
All physical vehicle work is carried out solely by the customer/workshop.
Automoto operates with over 15 years of professional experience in automotive electronics and ECU software.
All software services are performed using licensed professional tools, including WinOLS.
The Dyno Engine is a calculation and estimation tool, not a physical dynamometer.
⚠️ Dyno results are indicative only and may differ from real-world or physical dyno results.
Services are intended for professional users only
Accounts may be personal or business (workshop)
We reserve the right to require manual verification, including:
Handwritten verification code
Declared tuning/diagnostic tool
Verification photo upload
We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
All services are accessed using prepaid digital credits
Credits:
Are digital service units
Have no cash value
Are not a bank balance
Are non-transferable
Are non-refundable once used
Credits are deducted when a service or file processing begins, not upon completion.
Payments are processed via PayPal and other approved payment providers
Payments grant access to digital services, not physical goods
By completing payment, the customer acknowledges:
Services are digital and delivered remotely
Processing may begin immediately
Refunds are limited (see Section 7)
Automoto does not store PayPal or card details.
Due to the digital nature of services:
Completed services are non-refundable ( Refund to your dashboard balance if our completed Solution has issue )
Credits already used cannot be reversed
Refunds may be issued only if:
A technical error is caused directly by Automoto
The service could not be delivered at all
⚠️ Abuse of chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension.
Automoto may offer 2 CRD For each unlocked file credit-back promotions
Cash-back is issued as platform credits only
Cash-back:
Has no cash value
Is not withdrawable
May change or be removed at any time
Automoto aims to provide fast service based on experience and workload.
⚠️ All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:
Incomplete vehicle data
Complex ECU structures
External dependencies
The customer is fully responsible for:
Providing accurate vehicle & ECU data
Maintaining stable power during ECU operations
Backing up original files
Correct use of tools and procedures
Safe vehicle testing after software changes
Automoto is not responsible for:
ECU or hardware damage
Mechanical failure
Vehicle downtime
Pre-existing faults
Improper flashing or tool misuse
Services are provided on a best-effort basis.
No guarantees are made regarding:
Performance gains
Fuel economy
Emissions compliance
Road legality in any country
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Automoto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the value of credits used for the specific service
Users must not:
Use services for illegal purposes
Bypass emissions or safety systems unlawfully
Resell or redistribute files without permission
Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
Violations may result in immediate termination.
Platform software, dyno engine logic, workflows, and guidance are owned by PTUNING LTD
Users retain ownership of original uploaded files
Modified files are licensed for workshop use only
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Fraud or misrepresentation
Abuse of services
Security concerns
Violation of these Terms
Unused credits may be forfeited in serious cases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of EG.
Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of EG courts.
